Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of WORDaLIVE, a real-time AI speech translation and teleprompter service provided by Hyunseok Bae. By accessing or using WORDaLIVE, you agree to these terms.

Service

WORDaLIVE provides live speech transcription, translation, teleprompter display, shared viewer windows, and related tools for worship services and gatherings. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your purchased plan or approved access.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must not misuse the service, including unlawful use, fraud, spam, infringement of intellectual property rights, malware, security probing, scraping, interference with service operations, or attempts to bypass technical limits.

AI output and user content

You are responsible for speech, text, prompts, reference materials, and other content you provide. AI transcription and translation may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before relying on it for sensitive, legal, medical, financial, or professional decisions. You grant Hyunseok Bae a limited license to process your content only to provide, secure, and improve WORDaLIVE.

Intellectual property

Hyunseok Bae retains ownership of WORDaLIVE, including software, documentation, workflows, branding, and related intellectual property. You must not copy, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or create competing services from WORDaLIVE except where law expressly permits.

Payments

WORDaLIVE is sold as prepaid time packs. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, repeated or serious policy violations, or use that could harm the service or others. On termination, access may stop and data may be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

Service availability

WORDaLIVE is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service as needed.

Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WORDaLIVE is provided as is, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Hyunseok Bae is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for WORDaLIVE in the 12 months before the claim, except where law does not allow limitation.
